    60ton Semi – trailer Introduction(ZL9750BG-001)

采用鵝頸式，三軸油氣懸架布置型式。設有 50 號牽引銷與牽引車相連，
The semi-trailer with 3 axles and hydraulic-pneumatic suspensions can be
connected to the tractor by using gooseneck style connection and Series 50 pin.

同時設有與牽引車連接的氣制動接頭和 24V 電連接器。
It is installed with pneumatic and 24V electric connectors

為配合牽引車絞盤工作，牽引重型裝備上下車，設有鋼絲繩導向機構。
It is installed rope roller for loading or unloading the heavy machine by winches

整車滿足：整車需適應高溫、高濕、高鹽霧環(huán)境。

1、車架的設計 frame
焊接框架結構，由縱梁、邊梁、橫梁焊接而成，縱梁采用弧形（上翹）
鵝頸，斷面為工字型 。材料采用 60 公斤級高強度焊接結構鋼板。承載平臺
為花紋鋼板，上表面布有方鋼防滑條，并設有可移動導向擋塊，用于履帶式
車輛的導向和定位 。
The frame have three main parts: main beams, edge beams and cross beams，
the parts are connected by welding. The front main H beam is gooseneck style
connection parts to tractor. The beam have 60kg/cm^2 tensile strength and is easy
to be welded. The main bed surface is checkered sheet and installed with steel slip
bars. The main bed also be installed with portable guide block that be used to
guide and fix crawler machines。

1.1 車架縱梁中心距 The distance of main center
研制方案中所定，車架縱梁中心距為 1200mm，縱梁上下翼板寬為 300 mm。
The distance of main beams center is 1200mm and the width of edge sheet of
main beams is 300mm

2 車軸、懸架 axles and suspension
三軸均采用鋼板彈簧懸掛，軸距 1350mm，車橋單軸承載 16 噸。
3 axles with Leaf spring suspension, T the axles distance is 1500mm ，Single axle
shaft bearing 16 tons.

3、 渡板 Tail gate
焊接框架結構，彈簧儲能機械翻轉折疊式，滿足 60 噸履帶裝備輛登車。
Tail gate is welded frame structure with spring luffing mechanism, can be used for
loading or unloading 60 tons crawler machine。

4、支承裝置的設計 Support design （可選裝液壓收起裝置，Optional hydraulic
retraction device）
設前、后支承，前支承為液壓支撐，行程 490，單支撐可輸出 28 噸力，后支
承為機械整體不可調式。
There are 4 support legs, Front 2 support for machinery,stroke 600mm,
output28 tons of force/ Single cylinder ，the 2 rear are not adjustable.

5、 車輪 tires
輪胎為 12.00-24 無內胎子午線工程輪胎。輪輞為 8.5 寸輪輞。

6、 重型裝備固定裝置 heavy machine fixed parts
在平臺上表面履帶接觸處設防滑鋼條，增加重型裝備的運動阻力；設有緊繩
器和緊固帶，在平臺上表面重型裝備履帶前部增設定位楔塊，內側位置增設
兩排導向擋塊。
On the bed surface there are steel slip bars for increasing moving resistance and
guide block in the middle. There are ropes and fasten rope mechanism and fix
blocks in the front

7、制動系統(tǒng) brake system
半掛車制動系統(tǒng)采用雙管路，設有行車制動、駐車制動和緊急制動，采用
WABCO 緊急制動閥，整車主管路采用內外鍍鋅鋼管或銅制管,制動氣源接口
采用國際標準接口形式。

8、電器系統(tǒng) electric system
電器系統(tǒng)工作電壓 24V，負極搭鐵，由組合燈、后霧燈、牌照燈、倒車燈、
側標志燈，三角形回復反射器、圓形回復反射器。
24V electrical system, cathode grounding, by combination lamp, rear fog lamp,
license plate lamp, reversing lamp, side marker lamp, triangular reply reflector,
circular retro reflector.

9、導向拖動機構 Steering mechanism
設有鋼絲繩導向滾軸和導向滑輪，在牽引車絞盤作用下，方便可靠的完成重
型裝備的上車或卸下。

unload heavy machines by winches

11、噴漆要求 painting
底漆：高性能防腐底漆；中間漆：高性能防腐封閉中間漆；面漆：高性能海
