    60ton Semi – trailer Introduction(ZL9750BG-001)

采用鵝頸式，三軸油氣懸架布置型式。設(shè)有 50 號(hào)牽引銷(xiāo)與牽引車(chē)相連，
The semi-trailer with 3 axles and hydraulic-pneumatic suspensions can be
connected to the tractor by using gooseneck style connection and Series 50 pin.

同時(shí)設(shè)有與牽引車(chē)連接的氣制動(dòng)接頭和 24V 電連接器。
It is installed with pneumatic and 24V electric connectors

為配合牽引車(chē)絞盤(pán)工作，牽引重型裝備上下車(chē)，設(shè)有鋼絲繩導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)。
It is installed rope roller for loading or unloading the heavy machine by winches

1、車(chē)架的設(shè)計(jì) frame
焊接框架結(jié)構(gòu)，由縱梁、邊梁、橫梁焊接而成，縱梁采用弧形（上翹）
鵝頸，斷面為工字型 。材料采用 60 公斤級(jí)高強(qiáng)度焊接結(jié)構(gòu)鋼板。承載平臺(tái)
為花紋鋼板，上表面布有方鋼防滑條，并設(shè)有可移動(dòng)導(dǎo)向擋塊，用于履帶式
車(chē)輛的導(dǎo)向和定位 。
The frame have three main parts: main beams, edge beams and cross beams，
the parts are connected by welding. The front main H beam is gooseneck style
connection parts to tractor. The beam have 60kg/cm^2 tensile strength and is easy
to be welded. The main bed surface is checkered sheet and installed with steel slip
bars. The main bed also be installed with portable guide block that be used to
guide and fix crawler machines。

1.1 車(chē)架縱梁中心距 The distance of main center
研制方案中所定，車(chē)架縱梁中心距為 1200mm，縱梁上下翼板寬為 300 mm。
The distance of main beams center is 1200mm and the width of edge sheet of
main beams is 300mm

2 車(chē)軸、懸架 axles and suspension
三軸均采用鋼板彈簧懸掛，軸距 1350mm，車(chē)橋單軸承載 16 噸。
3 axles with Leaf spring suspension, T the axles distance is 1500mm ，Single axle
shaft bearing 16 tons.

3、 渡板 Tail gate
焊接框架結(jié)構(gòu)，彈簧儲(chǔ)能機(jī)械翻轉(zhuǎn)折疊式，滿(mǎn)足 60 噸履帶裝備輛登車(chē)。
Tail gate is welded frame structure with spring luffing mechanism, can be used for
loading or unloading 60 tons crawler machine。

4、支承裝置的設(shè)計(jì) Support design （可選裝液壓收起裝置，Optional hydraulic
retraction device）
設(shè)前、后支承，前支承為液壓支撐，行程 490，單支撐可輸出 28 噸力，后支
承為機(jī)械整體不可調(diào)式。
There are 4 support legs, Front 2 support for machinery,stroke 600mm,
output28 tons of force/ Single cylinder ，the 2 rear are not adjustable.

5、 車(chē)輪 tires
輪胎為 12.00-24 無(wú)內(nèi)胎子午線工程輪胎。輪輞為 8.5 寸輪輞。

6、 重型裝備固定裝置 heavy machine fixed parts
在平臺(tái)上表面履帶接觸處設(shè)防滑鋼條，增加重型裝備的運(yùn)動(dòng)阻力；設(shè)有緊繩
器和緊固帶，在平臺(tái)上表面重型裝備履帶前部增設(shè)定位楔塊，內(nèi)側(cè)位置增設(shè)
兩排導(dǎo)向擋塊。
On the bed surface there are steel slip bars for increasing moving resistance and
guide block in the middle. There are ropes and fasten rope mechanism and fix
blocks in the front

7、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng) brake system
半掛車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用雙管路，設(shè)有行車(chē)制動(dòng)、駐車(chē)制動(dòng)和緊急制動(dòng)，采用
WABCO 緊急制動(dòng)閥，整車(chē)主管路采用內(nèi)外鍍鋅鋼管或銅制管,制動(dòng)氣源接口
采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口形式。

8、電器系統(tǒng) electric system
電器系統(tǒng)工作電壓 24V，負(fù)極搭鐵，由組合燈、后霧燈、牌照燈、倒車(chē)燈、
側(cè)標(biāo)志燈，三角形回復(fù)反射器、圓形回復(fù)反射器。
24V electrical system, cathode grounding, by combination lamp, rear fog lamp,
license plate lamp, reversing lamp, side marker lamp, triangular reply reflector,
circular retro reflector.

9、導(dǎo)向拖動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu) Steering mechanism
設(shè)有鋼絲繩導(dǎo)向滾軸和導(dǎo)向滑輪，在牽引車(chē)絞盤(pán)作用下，方便可靠的完成重
型裝備的上車(chē)或卸下。
